Instead of spending thousands of dollars on a home gym, why not just purchase three steel balls with handles? Kettlebells are incredibly versatile and they are what I personally use for 99% of my workouts. It can be a bit intimidating when deciding what to purchase based on your specific ability, but this trio will last you a lifetime. Let’s not waste any of your time or money, here are my three recommended weights (for most people).

20kg or 44lbs
24kg or 53lbs

Initially, focus on mastering the two-handed swing with your comfortable weight. As time goes on, evolve into one-handed swings, clean+press, and snatches… Probably in that order.
